In order to secure your booking, you must make a bank deposit of 30% of the total amount, while the balance must be paid upon your arrival.

Cleaning service

Housekeeping services are provided every day, which involve making the beds, replacing the bins and sweeping. Towels and linens are changed every three days.

Cancelation policy

• If you cancel 31 or more days prior to your arrival, 100% of your advance will be refunded, less the bank fees.
• If you cancel 30 or fewer days prior to your arrival, your advance will not be refunded.
• Should you fail to appear, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
• Should you decide to leave prior to your scheduled departure, you will be charged for all the remaining overnight stays.
